If you combine a sophisticated venue like the LACMA, the morbid creativity of Tim Burton, accompanied by the audio flave of Knockstudy’s upcoming DJ proteges, you get over 2000 high school teenagers raging out to the annual LACMA After Dark. LACMA, also known as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, has been holding this event for a couple of years where only those that can show a valid high school ID get the VIP treatment. Knocksteady was able to hit up some of the excitement for the event from the hundreds of students lined up to attend even before the doors opened. Perhaps it was a night out away from the parents or maybe the idea that a high school event can be so much cooler when hosted by the LACMA, these students were eager to get down to the sounds of Knocksteady’s DJ Zo and his Knockstudy DJs.
Huge thanks to Ben, Alicia and Eduardo at LACMA for allowing our Knockstudy kids to be a part of such a great event.
